Lenovo's first ever gaming smartphone has been finally launched and it's
called Lenovo Legion Phone Duel. That will be its anme when it officially
becomes available outside of China where it is named as the Legion Phone Pro.
Like what we can expect from a flagship gaming smartphone and similar to the
newly-launched ASUS
ROG Phone 3, this device packs all top-of-the-line specs and gaming features such as
Snapdragon 865+, 144Hz refresh rate, cooling system, massive battery with
super fast charging, shoulder buttons, and more.
Similar to the ROG Phone 3, the Legion Phone Duel also has the shoulder
buttons gives users full advantage of additional buttons in the gaming mode or
landscape mode. And since gaming on a mobile phone is mostly done in landscape
mode, Lenovo made a smart decision about its front facing camera. the selfie
camera uses a pop-up mechanism and is mounted on the side of the phone, right
in the middle. That's just a sweet spot for users who would also like to
livestream their games or simply use the front camera while gaming with other
players.
The Lenovo Legion Phone Duel sports a quite huge 6.65-inch screen with full
HD+ AMOLED display resolution. It also comes with a 144Hz refresh rate and
240Hz touch sampling rate, two of the most exciting features on any
smartphones today.
While the phone is powered by the latest and powerful Snapdragon 865 Plus
processor, it will come in multiple RAM and storage variants as much as 16GB
and 512GB. Unlike the ROG Phone 3 which packs 64MP quad rear camera, the
Lenovo Legion Phone Duel only comes with two, 64MP and 16MP and a single 20MP
selfie camera (the side mounted one).
In the battery department, it has a total of 5000mAh battery pack. I said
"total" because it is actually two 2500mAh cells and together with it is a 90W
Turbo Power Charging. Lenovo said it can charge the phone from zero to
50% in just 10 minutes and to 100% in 30 minutes. Color selection, there will
be Vengeance Red and Blazing Blue.

As expected, the Lenovo Legion Phone Duel will arrive in China first. But it
is already confirmed to be releasing in other parts of the world too and yes
