A brand new smartphone from Tecno brand has just been officially launched in the Indian market called the Tecno Pova Neo equipped with 5G connectivity right out of the box. It packs a massive 6000mAh battery and 18W charger.
Upfront, the Tecno Pova Neo 5G sports very nice specs that mobile gamers on a budget will surely love. On the front is a large and spacious 6.8-inch IPS Dot Display with Full HD+ or 1080 resolution. Alongside it is a 120Hz refresh rate accompanied by a 240Hz touch sampling rate which are two of the most important mobile phone specs to achieve smooth and fast gaming experience. Would have been nicer if it had AMOLED display panel, but still a very good deal.
Underneath the device is a MediaTek Dimensity 810 processor partnered with 4GB of RAM. Internal storage is at 128GB and users still have the option to add more via microSD card support up to 1TB. On the back of the Tecno Pova Neo 5G is a 50MP main camera with an unspecified AI-powered secondary camera. For selfie purposes, users have 8MP front camera.
It is an Android 12-powered smartphone with Tecno's own HiOS 8.6 on top to personalize users' experience. Dual SIM feature is also available on this device, again, with up to 5G support as the name suggests. The device sports USB Type-C, 3.5mm audiojack ports, and a side-mounted fingerprint sensor.
Color options will be in Sprint Blue and Sapphire Black.
