Netflix has released teaser trailer for its upcoming Resident Evil: Infinite Darkness series.
Turns out that Netflix has another Resident Evil project than the previously announced live action show. This teaser trailer that you see posted above just made that officially clear, an animated series titled Resident Evil: Infinite Darkness is coming to the streaming platform sometime in 2021.
Netflix is working on this "CG anime" series with Capcom's Hiroyuki Kobayashi and TMS Entertainment studio as co-producers.
Based on what we see in the trailer above, the story will focus on the series' two iconic characters Leon S. Kennedy and Claire Redfield.
As of right now, there is no specific date as to when this will be released but sometime in 2021.
