Realme Philippines invites us to join them on May 27
"We are very happy to launch the realme 6 Pro next week and we are confident that it will be a tool of empowerment promoting opportunities for everyone, especially for aspiring photographers and content creators. Join us on May 27 as we redefine midrange photography in the country," said Austine Huang Realme Philippines Vice President for Marketing.
Initially launched
in India in early March of this year, the Realme 6 Pro looks to be the most
stunningly-looking smartphone Realme has ever released in the Philippines so
far. In addition to that awesome holographic back cover design, the device
also promises to deliver superior camera quality and overall performance to
aspiring photographer, content creators, and mobile game enthusiasts at
pricing that won't break the bank.
Power front and back camera setup
Like many other Realme smartphones, the 6 Pro offers great camera set-up.
This time it's much better than its predecessors, as expected. On the back
the quad-camera system is comprised of 64MP primary camera, a 12MP
telephoto lens with a 20x hybrid zoom, an 8MP 119-degree ultrawide angle
and a 2MP macro lenses. On the front panel is a dual-selfie camera combo
placed inside the pill-shaped punch-hole cutout on the upper left corner
of the screen - 16MP main selfie shooter with Sony IMX471 sensor and 8MP
super wide-angle camera with 105-degree field of view.
Furthermore, the 6 Pro sports the newest Super Nightscape 3.0 which allows
users to capture raw night shots, which can then be optimized through the
Ultra Nightscape mode. The Tripod Mode supports super-long exposure
settings.
In terms of video recording capabilities, the phone can capture up to 4K
as well 1080P at 60fps. Expect the phone to have ultra image stabilization
Max, Slo-Mo Selfie, and live video Bokeh for more creative and artistic
shots.
90Hz super smooth display and a powerful Snapdragon processor
As mentioned and also one of the key specs of the 6 Pro, there is now a
90Hz refresh rate on its 6.6-inch full HD+ display. Something that's still
rare to come by in midrange device these days. That resolution is
equivalent to 2400 x 1080 pixel arrangement and the screen is protected by
a Corning Gorilla Glass 5 from shocks and drops.
The Realme 6 Pro is the first smartphone in the world to be powered by the
latest Qualcomm Snapdragon 720G processor which promises to provide
next-level gaming experience and overall performance. Now we don't know
which variants are coming to the Philippines, but in India there are a
total of three models. There's 6GB+64GB, 6GB+128GB, and 8GB+ 128GB RAM and
storage configurations.
Right at the smartphone's core is a 4300mAh battery that comes with 30W
Flash Charge support right out of the box. According to Realme, this
allows the phone's battery to get fully charged in just 60 minutes or one
hour.
