OPPO Reno3 and Reno3 Pro launching in the Philippines on March 19

On March 19, OPPO Philippines will formally bring its Reno3 series in the local market. The company has just officially confirmed it through the email invite to the launch where it will be happening via a livestream event. However, while the livestream launch event has already been announced, we are still lacking some details such as which platform the broadcast will happen and at what time. So for that, we will have to wait a little longer.

So what to expect from the OPPO Reno3 series?

OPPO is still into the mobile photography for its Reno3 series. Both the OPPO Reno3 and Reno3 Pro will come equipped with quad cameras on the rear, the former will have 48MP main sensor while the latter 64MP shooter. On the front of these phones is a 44MP selfie camera, the Pro will have a secondary front camera with 2MP resolution for depth sensing or bokeh effect. As you can see in the image above, the Reno3 will still have the waterdrop notch holding its selfie camera, but the Pro variant will have dual punch-hole cutout for its two selfie shooters.

The China and India versions of these phones support 5G network but only the 4G variants will be released in the Philippines. I guess that's fine since 5G-enabled places in the Philippines are still very limited up to this date.

Ultra clear 108MP photos

According to OPPO, "both the Reno3 and Reno3 Pro will present Ultra Clear Image up to 108MP. It is the industry pioneer in using advanced software to level up the image quality. The Ultra Clear 108MP Image on Reno3 series will show you images captured with extremely clarity and quality. With the improvements on the dynamic range, details will be perfectly represented on your screen."
