15 million units sold in just six months!
Xiaomi's relatively new sub-brand, Redmi, has just declared a new milestone confirming that its insanely popular and successful Redmi Note 7 series has hit a 15 million sales mark globally, just six months after becoming an official sub-brand of Xiaomi in January this year.
That sales number includes the Redmi Note Pro, Redmi Note 7S, and Redmi Note 7.
Even in the Philippines, the Redmi Note 7 has been a success as well since its release in the country in March bearing a starting price of Php7,990 for the 3GB RAM + 32GB storage model. Unfortunately, we still don't have the Note 7 Pro variant until today. We don't actually even know if this upgraded Note 7 Pro model will ever make its way to the Philippine market in the future.
The Redmi Note 7 series has been so successful around the globe due to its super aggressive pricing on its feature-packed smartphone offerings. Imagine for a price tag of just under Php8K, you will already get to enjoy an Android smartphone with Full HD+ resolution, octa-core Snapdragon 660 processor, 48MP dual rear camera and a massive 4000mAh battery.
