Elon Musk's Flamethrower started arriving to customers' doorsteps. And here is our look at how this thing really looks like in reality. Thanks to hands on video from The Verge. Watch it here.
Elon Musk, the billionaire man behind Tesla Motors, SpaceX, and The Boring Company started offering real-life fire-spewing flamethrowers a couple of months back. It was announced through Musk's Twitter account. Only 20,000 units were available for pre-order, it's a limited edition actually. And those were sold out almost immediately. Fast forward to today, these flamethrowers made by The Boring Company have become available to its owners. Thanks to The Verge, they pre-ordered one and created and published a hands-on video to give us a quick look on how this thing works in action.
Each of these flamethrowers were priced at $500 a pop. Earlier this month, out of 20,000 purchases, 1000 of those were released to customers through a Pick Up event held in Los Angeles.
