So a couple of days ago HBO via Entertainment Weekly released a few images of the upcoming Season 7 of Game of Thrones, there were even more released before and after that but all of those were stills and no video clip nor trailer. That changed today, finally HBO has dropped the first official trailer for the epicly anticipated Game of Thrones Season 7.  Watch it below.

This trailer has been one of the most anticipated ones this year, so much awaited that according to Deadline.com has raked in more than  61 million views across digital platforms like YouTube, Facebook, Twitter and others in its first 24 hours in the wild. On the show's YouTube channel alone, as of writing, has received more than 17 million hits. It appears now that this season in on the right track for breaking a lot of TV records including its own.

What do you think of the trailer? It is exciting and heart pumping right?

In case you have missed it, Game of Thrones Season 7 will only have seven episodes and the season will have even fewer ones. Though that may sound of a bummer since we have been getting 10 episodes per season all this time, it could be great too since the showrunners would need to speed things up in terms of plot development, thus more action and revelation-packed each episodes are going to be. Anyway that was just my opinion.

Season 7 of Game of Thrones will premiere on July 16, 2017 on HBO.
