Android Marshmallow Update Arrives to Asus Zenfone 2 Devices

Kaway kaway sa mga Asus Zenfone 2 users diyan! Your wait for the Android 6.0 Marshmallow update for your Asus Zenfone 2 smartphone is now over, as Asus Philippines just officially started rolling out the much-awaited software update.

This was announced earlier today through the Asus ZenTalk Forum site and its Facebook page counterpart. And the new Android Marshmallow update this time is for the ZE551ML and ZE550ML models of Zenfone 2 smartphones and that incudes the Deluxe edition.

If your Zenfone 2 device is on automatic update mode, you should receive a prompt automatically saying that the update is now ready to be downloaded into your device. However, if you still don't have it, don't worry as ZenTalk said that it will take about a week to complete the autopush. As you wait for the Marshmallow update to be available on your device, you may manually check it from time to time, just follow the path below.

I believe this is the final roll out as we already have the software updates for the Zenfone Laser and Zenfone Max devices. Thanks to Asus for that fast roll out, it was quite a long wait though since we first heard of the promised Android Marshmallow update last year but when the first roll out came, it didn't take that long for other devices to follow.
