There is a new smartphone coming from Cherry Mobile that just got officially announced through their Facebook page today, it's a budget-friendly device called Omega HD3 and it's only for Php2,999.
Looking at the specs and its asking price, this is a pretty nice deal this Christmas. For less than Php3,000 you will already get a 5-inch display with 720p or HD resolution, not only that, the Cherry Mobile Omega HD3 is already running on the latest Android 5.1 Lollipop OS. It's not LTE-ready though but that's fine, 3G connectivity should do enough for fast internet experience. 1GB RAM and expandable 8GB internal storage right out of the box are some of the other nice things about this Omega HD3 device.
