Game of Thrones Season 5 Featurette: The Sand Snakes and Weapons They Wield

The upcoming Game of Thrones Season 5 TV series is going to premiere this coming April 12 on HBO and fans like me are excitedly waiting for the new season. While we wait for that, here's an animated video clip from the Season 4 Blu-ray/DVD edition that just got tweeted by HBO. This animated feature tells the history of House Martell of Dorne.

The featurette is being narrated by non-other-than Prince Oberyn "the Red Viper" Martell who is played by Pedro Pascal in the fourth season of the hit HBO TV series. Just in case you do not know yet, House Martell goes by the words "Unbowed, Unbent, Unbroken". Dorne is the only kingdom that was never invaded by the Targaryen brothers during there conquer of the Seven Kingdoms by the help of three giant dragons. It was only via marriage that Targaryens were able to penetrate the kingdom's power in the south.
