CloudFone silently launched a new Android smartphone offering bearing an octa-core processor from MediaTek, 1GB of RAM, an 8GB internal storage and a 2,250mAh battery pack for only Php4,999.
The CloudFone Excite 501o can now be purchased at any concept stores and kiosks nationwide for the said asking price. It is definitely one of the most affordable octa-core smartphones around with decent specs alongside it. Even though the 5-inch display does not sport HD (1280x720p) resolution the 960x540 it is equipped with is not actually bad.
There is a much bigger battery size at 2,250mAh which should provide users longer power supply than any other smartphones under the same price range. Plus the cameras are also much attractive here where the rear is at 8MP with LED flash and the front at 5MP. 3G network compatibility is also onboard the Excite 501, dual-SIM with dual-standby mode are also part of the package. Not to mention the device is powered aby an Android 4.4 Kitkat. All these for only Php4,999.
