NVIDIA To Update SHIELD Tablet to Android 5.0 Lollipop By End of Nov

NVIDIA has announced that they will be releasing an Android 5.0 Kitkat update to its SHIELD tablet by the end of the month.

NVIDIA has just joined the club of tech manufacturers to release an Android 5.0 Lollipop update to its products. The SHIELD Android tablet will get the update later this month, it was announced through a short video that was posted on YouTube. The clip below gives us a first look at the tablet running the latest mobile OS from Google. The company will also update its Dabbler app and Shield Hub which will introduce as new features and UI interface together with the release of the Android Lollipop before the month ends.

The best thing about this best Android tablet is that NVIDIA does not put too much customization on top of the software, which means user will experience the almost stock version of Android 5.0 Lollipop on the slate.
