GooPhone is at it again as it just announced its upcoming Galaxy Note 4 copy-cat device the N4 which will be ready for pre-order starting on September 15th. GooPhone is a Chinese phone maker which loves to copy popular devices and make their knockoff versions such as Galaxy S5, iPhone 5, Galaxy Note 3, this one and many others.
