Starmobile has announced a new budget-friendly Android smartphone featuring a 4.5" WVGA IPS Display and a quad-core processor for only Php4,690 and that is the Starmobile Roar. It is a mid-range device but it has offerings that we don't usually find in other smartphones under the same category. The Roar sports a Noise Cancellation feature which best works in a noisy environment like a party or in a jeepney ride just activate this feature and users will be heard clearly by the other caller on the line.

There is also this Pop Up Video feature where users can watch a video (through a pop up window) while they use another app at the same time.
