Fox has released the very first trailer for "Gotham", a TV series about the famous city in the Batman universe.
Fox has debuted the first trailer for the upcoming TV series titled "Gotham". Yes, you are right that Gotham city in the Batman universe just got its own TV series on Fox. This one follows the story of young Commissioner Gordon back in the days when he was still a Detective James Gordon. The events here happened before Bruce Wayne became the Batman/the Dark Knight we know but a young version of him will definitely appear in the series along with his future foe such as the Penguin, the Riddler and Catwoman. Gotham will premiere later this year comprising of 13 episodes.
The trailer looks very interesting to me and it gives me this thinking of how this series will work as the episodes go and future seasons come in and until when this one end before that young Wayne becomes the Batman.
Ben Mckenzie stars as Detective James Gordon, David Mazouz as young Bruce Wayne, Robin Lord Taylor as the Penguin, Cory Michael Smith as the Riddler and Camren Bicondova as Catwoman. And although we have these familiar and famous character from that most iconic DC Superhero, the whole series focuses on Detective James Gordon as he rises from being a rookie and investigates on the death of Wayne's parents.
