Globe has extended its free Facebook promo until April 25, 2014.
Did you worry when the free Facebook access from Globe was about to end? Well, worry no more as Globe just announced that they are extending the Facebook promo until April 25. 2014.
If you have been enjoying this promo since last quarter of 2013, then you do not need to do anything to continue your subscription as everything and every mechanics will remain the same. For now just keep on updating your statuses, like your friends' posts. pictures and comment as many times as you want on Facebook.
Just in case you are new to Globe or have been on this network and this is the first time you wanna try this amazing free Facebook offer, follow the steps below on how to get started. There are three ways to register to the promo, but before that you have to make sure that your smartphone or feature phone is internet-ready.
Steps to register:
1. Dial *143# on your phone and select FREE FB. Then just click on the link that will be provided to you via SMS.
2. You can also log on to m.facebook.com/free, click on "Start Now". This will require you to create and account first if you have not made one yet.
3. Or you cal simply launch the Facebook app on your device and "Start Now".
According to Globe's website, you can use any Facebook official apps including the Facebook Messenger or through the m.facebook.com on a default built-in web browser on device. This free Facebook is open to all Globe Postpaid, Prepaid and TM subscribers. To get internet setting on your phone just text GO to 2951. This Globe's first-in-history collaboration with Facebook to provide free access to the biggest social networking site began in October of last year and had an initial run for three months.
