Warner Bros. just released a new trailer for The Hobbit: The Desolation of Smaug. See it here.
So it is here, just like what was promised yesterday by Warner Bros. when the new banners for the film were released. Click the jump to see the new trailer for Peter Jackson's "The Hobbit: The Desolation of Smaug" plus the two new banners featuring Ian McKellan as Gandalf, Orlando Bloom as Legolas and Evangeline Lilly's Tauriel.
As what I was expecting, this new trailer shows more never-before-seen scenes and is more action-packed than the previous one. Another thing is we see more of Legolas here versus the first one which was almost only a glimpse of what he would look like in the Lord of the Rings prequels. There is also one thing I discovered in this film and it's about the dragon Smaug, I really didn't know that this dragon speaks because I never heard it in the An Unexpected Journey. I never heard it until this one and it's being voiced by Benedict Cumberbatch (Star Trek: Into Darkness).

The Hobbit: The Desolation of Smaug opens on December 13 starring Martin Freeman as Bilbo Baggins, Richard Armitage as Thorin, Luke Evans as Bard. Directed by Peter Jackson.
