Starmobile's Android phablet Diamond V3 is now available nationwide for a suggested retail price of Php8,990 according to Starmobile's announcement through their Facebook account. As per SM's website, this smartphone is be available in all Starmobile stores and kiosks in the Philippines starting today June 25.
