What I don't like about the current layout of Facebook photo viewer is it takes more time to completely load up and see the photo clearly. It gets longer whenever the internet connections slows down.
Like more Facebook users, I prefer to view the photos on Facebook the old way or in classic view which loads faster than the current one. The good thing is you do not need to make some complicated tricks to view those images the way it was. Below are simple ways on how you do it.
- While you have the image you are viewing active, simply press F5 key on your keyboard or just click the "Refresh" button in the browser. The photo page will refresh and it should give you the old photo viewer layout. You do not need to do it on every photo, but on every album.
- Second way is by going to the address bar of your browser, just remove the "&theater" from the URL of the photo you wish to view, then hit "Enter".
- The simplest way is by holding down the "Ctrl" key on the keyboard before clicking the image. The photo will open in another tab.
