This maybe the first time you are hearing about this new app for both iOS and Android devices. I did not know about this app until just recently. OnSay is a third party application for Twitter platform which lets us make unlimited calls to our Twitter friends without a phone number.

Available to download from iTunes and Google Play for free. Another good thing about this app is you do not need to register a new account, just use your existing Twitter account and that's it. Once you are logged in you will be able to see which of your friends are using OnSay too or you can invite them to install this on their smartphone to start enjoying the service.

Without your friends phone number you can still give them a call, just make sure that both you are following each other and using OnSay App. Unlimited calls at no cost to you or to your friend, however data charges may apply especially if you don't have the unlimited data plan on your phone.  OnSay.me website claims that the service may not work over WiFi network.
