HTC Desire V, Dual-SIM Android ICS Launched in the Philippines
If my memory serves me right, the HTC Desire V is the very first HTC phone to sport a dual-sim functionality that was recently launched in the Philippines. Aside from its Android operating system, Ice Cream Sandwich, this dual-standby sim feature will be its scene-grabber offer as more Pinoys have more than one SIM card.

What about the price? This HTC member is tagged at Php16,990. There is just one thing you need to keep in mind, only the first SIM will be on 3G while the second will just get GPRS. So make your best arrangement.
