Samsung Announces Galaxy Beam, With 50-Inch HD Projector

That's Samsung Galaxy Beam which was announced at the Mobile Wold Congress this Sunday in Barcelona.

Built-in 50-inch  HD projector with its lens that beams a 15-lumen brightness and has a 640x360 resolution, yan ang ipinagmamalaki ng bagong smartphone ng Samsung. Ang ibang mga specs at features ay hindi na nalalayo sa mga mid to high range phones gaya ng 5-megapixel back camera and a VGA front-facing camera, 8GB internal memory which can also be expanded. 768MB of RAM, 1GHz dual-core processor, 4.0-inch super AMOLED touchscreen display.

Katulad rin ng karamihan sa mga Samsung Galaxy phones na nasa ganitong kategorya, this one will run on a Android 2.3 Gingerbread OS but Samsung promised that it can be upgraded to Ice Cream Sandwich in the future according to the report of Geek.com website.

Mashable reports that Samsung is currently working on a variety of docks and accessories to enhance user experience.

With the projector's bulb it has a 20,000-hour lifespan. Long enough to outlive your phone or at least before you buy a new one. Wala pang inilabas na suggested retail price for this new Galaxy phone, all we know is this phone will be released somewhere in the second quarter of 2012. Antabay lang tayo for future updates.
